Upgrading perl modules

Use the appropriate branch.

Do not use a different branch and just try to copy it over. You are likely to miss things doing it this way. Merge instead.

Chart-Clicker should not be updated - this breaks the Admin→Graphs graphing. Keep at 1.1.6.

List-MoreUtils should be kept at 0.22. Did get 0.24 but that doesn't appear to be on CPAN, so maybe a bad mirror had it.

Check that the scripts for catalyst are up to date. Merge any changes required. Send any patches back upstream if appropriate.
