Obtaining Solaris 10 Packages for Opsview

Solaris does not currently have a (single, popular and common) package repository system (such as apt for Debian and Ubuntu, or yum for RHEL and CentOS). We've made our Solaris packages available via a HTTP fileshare.

Fileshare Access

The location of the area is:

https://downloads.opsera.com/opsview-community/latest/solaris

Opsview Enterprise Subscription users should instead use:

https://downloads.opsera.com/opsview-enterprise/latest/solaris

Opsview Enterprise Subscription users can specify the version of Opsview if they do not want to track the latest enterprise version (use the major version instead of latest such as 3.4 or 3.6, etc)

For example, enterprise users can use the following url for major releases:

https://downloads.opsera.com/opsview-enterprise/latest/solaris

or the following url for only tracking releases of 3.6:

https://downloads.opsera.com/opsview-enterprise/3.6/solaris

Structure

The area is structured as follows

Opsview Version
